The Neonatal Unit is committed to providing evidence and researched based family integrated care for our 14 cots, that comprise of 2 Intensive, 3 High Dependency and 9 Special Care.
Main duties of the job
The Unit is currently looking for a Neonatal Sister/Charge Nurse to join their existing team. In liaison with the Lead Nurse and other sisters, you will lead and co-ordinate a dedicated team of nursing and support staff in the delivery of a high standard of nursing care.
It is essential that you are a RN or RSCN with the Qualification in Specialty in Intensive Care of the New-born course at diploma or postgraduate level and teaching and assessing certificate or equivalent adult teaching certificate.
It is essential you have an approachable manner and positive attitude whilst being committed to providing high quality care to the children and families accessing our services.

* ENB 997/998 Teaching and Assessing in Nursing Practice or equivalent Adult Teaching Certificate
* Educated or working towards Degree Level
* NLS Course holder
* Research awareness
* Recognised leadership development program attendance
* Relevant degree or working towards
