Implementation Executive - Crawley Job details Hours: 30-37.5hrs Monday - Friday Location: Hybrid role with 3 days per week in our VHQ, Crawley Contract: 10 Month Secondment/FTC Closing Date: Tuesday, 17th December 2024 In a nutshell In this exciting role you will be responsible for the production and maintenance of Corporate and Agency contracts and templates for all global partners, as well as the filing of applicable nett and negotiated fares to ensure revenue targets and commercial strategic goals are met. You'll liaise with Account Managers and teams across the Sales department globally, working closely with our Dealing & Development Analysts, Pricing teams and EJV counterparts amongst many others in this varied role. Day to day You'll ensure the accurate and timely filing of corporate discounted fares with our Pricing teams, keeping our contracted reporting database up to date. Accountable for issuing our Agency agreement contracts for signature via Docusign, ensuring accuracy and maintaining templates. Liaising with senior internal stakeholders globally and JV partners for timely execution, resolving any issues. You will be responsible for the accurate filing of nett fares to agencies and the accuracy of our accounts in Salesforce. Work closely with Pricing teams and external service providers to meet SLAs and resolve any issues through the coordination of internal stakeholders.
