We are currently seeking for a meticulous and experience Sales Ledger Clerk to join a friendly finance team, supporting Management Accountant and Financial Controller. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records, including invoicing, credit control, processing expenses and raising reports, initially 6 months fixed term contract, with the opportunity for permanent employment.
Main Duties:
* Processing and generating invoice and statements
* Credit control duties and monitoring debtor balances
* Processing credit cards, credit notes and expenses
* Reconciling accounts
* Raising weekly / monthly debtors reports
* Assisting with preparation of month-end and internal audits
