As Amazon Account Manager, you’ll own the strategy and performance of high-growth brands on Seller and Vendor Central – from content and ads to client relationships and results.
The Amazon Account Manager will:
* Serve as the key point of contact for client accounts, maintaining regular communication and trust
* Own the execution of brand strategies across advertising, keywords and content optimisation
* Monitor account performance, proactively identifying growth and efficiency opportunities
* Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals
* Manage case resolutions and client escalations through Amazon support channels
The Amazon Account Manager will need:
* 2+ years’ experience managing Amazon accounts, ideally within an agency environment
* Hands-on experience with both Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms
* Proven success in optimising marketing performance and managing budgets
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
* Strong project management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
