The Woodland Trust is looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to support in the development and delivery of the Trusts products with a specific focus on trees. The Role: Youll underpin the successful planning, development and delivery of the product areas with effective marketing communications to support key organisational strategies and objectives, with a focus on product marketing across a variety of channels. This role will support the development and delivery of tree products, including reporting tools, stock management, risk and supplier processes, strategic initiatives and ongoing product maintenance. You will provide maintenance of the online shop, ensuring accurate product set up, stock control, and use of high-quality visuals You will raise purchase orders, monitor expenditure, and ensure accurate record keeping. In this role you will manage the tree products inbox, providing timely and professional responses to ensure high quality customer service. You will maintain the image library for the tree products area, ensuring assets are properly catalogued and stored efficiently. You will ensure all activities are delivered in accordance with the communications plan. This is an 8-month fixed term contract This role includes a mix of working from home and at our main office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. For this role there is a requirement to be in the office, attending photoshoots or meeting suppliers. Ideally a driving licence would be beneficial. The Candidate : You have an enthusiasm for the environment and share our core values-Grow Together, Explore, Focus and Make it Count Experience in audience-focused, segmented marketing activity and delivering key projects successfully is a must. Youll have experience in approaching briefs with creativity and results in mind, providing clarity and gaining agreement on what the activity needs to achieve. The ability to set and work to clear schedules is essential. Attention to detail is critical and you will need to be confident operating within and complying to regulatory guidelines.
