Key Responsibilities: You can expect to develop your skills and experience focusing on: Improvement projects - providing support to Manufacturing on all aspects of electrical, instrument and control equipment in order to safely maintain and continuously improve Kevlar production. Project Management - involvement in Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) and management of change initiatives focusing on electrical/instrument/control systems and projects to implement improvements. Process & equipment improvement involvement in conducting evidence-based analysis to assess equipment behavior and fault diagnosis, assess new technologies and components with a view to recommending improvement actions. Programme structure: Year 1 -Mon Fri, 2 days a week at DuPont and 3 days at Ulster University Years 2, 3 & 4 - 4 days a week at DuPont and 1 day at Ulster University. During non-term time, you will attend DuPont, Mon Fri. Selection Criteria: Three A Levels at Grade B, including one from: Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, Technology and Design, Double Award Science / Applied Science, Engineering, or Electronics.
