Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting the prestigious five -star visitor attraction, The Royal Yacht Britannia with sourcing an HR Systems Advisor to join their brilliant HR team. In this role you will have responsibility for the management and development of their HRIS (PeopleHR) to ensure it supports both operational and strategic goals efficiently. There may also be the opportunity to assist with generalist HR tasks, offering advice on policies, absence management, and other employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and developing PeopleHR, creating processes and solutions that drive efficiencies across the business
* Becoming the subject matter expert for PeopleHR, providing guidance and support to managers and users across the organisation, first point of contact for managers seeking support
* Training and coaching staff on how to use PeopleHR effectively
* Continuously looking for ways to enhance the system’s capabilities to meet the needs of the business
* Potential to support HR generalist activities, such as absence management, policy guidance, and employee relations, as the role develops
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with an HRIS, ideally PeopleHR
* Proficiency with IT systems, especially Microsoft Excel, to help streamline processes and data management
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage a busy, varied workload
* Passionate about delivering excellent internal customer service
