Finance Assistant - Supporting Purchase ledger.
New role available located on Wrexham Ind Estate.
You will be a member of a busy purchase ledger team responsible for delivering all aspects of purchase ledger.
Job Spec:
* Logging, GRN matching and posting invoices to the Purchase Ledger for both raw material purchases and overheads - high volume
* Investigating and resolving invoice quantity and price discrepancies.
* Supplier payment runs.
* Maintaining the Cash Book.
* Daily bank reconciliations
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Resolving supplier payment queries.
Person spec:
* Computer literate using MS Office
* Reliable and hard working
* Ability to work accurately within tight timescales.
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work on own initiative.
* Personal flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
