Job summary The GP partner is responsible for operational and strategic decision-making and management, and providing medical care and services to the practice population, managing a clinical caseload and dealing with a diverse range of health needs. This will include, but is not limited to, leadership, development of services, patient consultations, administration, complying with the practices contract type PMS, education and training delivery, and private contracts. We have a well-established team of 4 GP Partners, 1 salaried GP, 1 GP Retainer, 2 Practice Nurses, and 1 HCA. We are a training practice with medical students and GP registrars, we are involved in new projects to change the delivery of Primary Care.
