In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, producing, and packaging a variety of gluten-free products while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about health food and maintaining a clean, allergen-free work environment. Responsibilities: - Prepare and measure ingredients accurately according to recipes and batch sizes for gluten-free products. - Operate and clean production machinery and equipment, ensuring all components are sanitized and properly maintained. - Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a gluten-free environment. - Monitor product quality throughout the production process, checking for contamination and adherence to specifications. - Perform quality control checks on final products before packaging. - Assemble and package finished goods, ensuring proper labelling and adherence to company standards. - Keep the production area clean, organized, and sanitized at all times to prevent cross-contamination. - Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). - Assist in the receipt and storage of raw materials and ingredients. - Document all production activities and report any deviations or issues to the production supervisor. - Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets and maintain efficient workflow. - Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new processes and products. - Follow all food safety and HACCP regulations. Shift Timings: AM: 6:30AM - 2:30PM PM: 2:15PM - 12:15AM All staff are expected to alternate between am and pm shifts Requirements: - Experience in a food production environment is preferred. - Knowledge of food allergens and cross-contamination prevention. - Ability to read and follow detailed recipes and instructions. - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. - Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks. - Ability to stand for long periods - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
