Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will play a vital role in clearing the backlog of patients and managing private patient cases. You will conduct comprehensive audiological assessments, including pure tone audiometry and speech audiometry, and provide expert advice on hearing aids and communication strategies. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and calibrating audiological equipment, validating test results, and handling phone requests, including add-ons. You will also be involved in all aspects of the quality management system, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery. Qualifications and Experience: • BSc in Audiology or equivalent degree • Registration with the HCPC • Proficiency in conducting comprehensive audiological assessments, including pure tone audiometry and speech audiometry • Experience in fitting and managing hearing aids and other auditory devices • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals • Ability to maintain and calibrate audiological equipment • Familiarity with quality management systems and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards Why work with Pulse?
