Purpose: As a member of Technical Operations, you'll be part of the Kitchen Leadership Team, supporting the Kitchen in delivering top-notch food safety standards and process control to achieve the Britain’s Best Kitchen strategy.
Role:
* Verification Master: Ensure all verification schedules are delivered.
* Allergen Expert: Action the outputs of Allergen Risk Assessments.
* System Maintainer: Keep systems in check to enable ISO Accreditation.
* Safety Leader: Lead the site Food Safety Team, promoting safe food at all times.
Good to Have:
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
* Qualifications: Minimum HACCP and Food Safety Level 3—Level 4 would be even better!
* Audit Skills: Lead Auditor experience is great, but internal audit experience is a must.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with high care/risk manufacturing.
