Office Administrator
* Job Type: Full Time (37.5 hours – Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 1.00pm)
* Responsibilities:
1. Raising customer sales orders
2. Checking stock and confirming delivery dates to customers
3. Updating customers on order progress and delays
4. Chasing customer quotes
5. Supporting staff with administrative tasks
6. Day-to-day filing
7. Answering incoming phone calls and welcoming visitors
8. Managing social media and marketing for the company
9. Supporting sales with administrative tasks
10. Adhering to Scott Cables Ltd policies and procedures
11. Conducting oneself professionally during working hours
12. Performing any other duties requested by colleagues, including deputizing during absences
