A leading fleet and mobility services company is looking for a Customer Services Executive to join their busy team in St Neots. The role offers an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of customers, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest standard of service.
As the first point of contact for customers and supplying partners, you will handle queries across various platforms, allocate rental reservations, and manage service issues to resolution. You will also process invoicing, manage daily reports, and support the onboarding of new customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and online platforms
* Allocate and manage daily rental reservations
* Resolve service issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
* Process invoices, credits, and queries accurately
* Provide quotes for specialist vehicles and manage day-to-day admin tasks
* Contribute to customer retention and business growth
