Paid Social Media Executive
We’re on the hunt for someone who has social running through their veins (don’t worry, we won’t ask you to dance on TikTok).
You’ll be responsible for setting up, managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Facebook – and ideally TikTok and LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with our digital team to ensure strong performance and ROI – as part of an award-winning creative agency that includes SEO, account management, creative, PR and social.
Your role
1. Set up, manage and optimise Facebook Ads campaigns
2. Support campaign management for TikTok and LinkedIn Ads where required
3. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven optimisations
4. Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives
5. Assist in reporting and providing actionable insights
6. Stay informed about changes and trends in paid social advertising
Minimum Requirements
1. At least 1 year working in paid social advertising, preferably in an agency environment
2. Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, including audience targeting and optimisation
3. Experience with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads a plus
4. Ability to analyse campaign data and make strategic recommendations
5. Strong collaboration and communication skills
