This is an exciting part-time opportunity to join the council early years team to work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective administrative support, process information and provide reports.
You will be joining a small team that provides support to the early years sector by organizing events, planning and promoting training, and performing other finance and administrative functions to ensure effective support to our settings.
You would be the first point of contact for any queries or concerns from early years settings. You will have a high degree of accuracy in processing data and will be able to work to strict deadlines, while respecting the confidential nature of the information processed.
You will have the ability to use and develop information systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Additionally, you should possess good customer care skills and the ability to communicate effectively with tact and diplomacy. Experience in collating and analyzing data is also required.
