Job Title: Warehouse Customer Service Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated warehouse customer service assistant to join our team. The candidate's main responsibility will be to answer and resolve customer email inquiries in the Junior Edition style, creating an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will come from a customer service background and have experience within a warehouse fulfillment environment.
The main duties consist of, but are not exclusive to:
* Responding to customer email inquiries in a timely fashion
* Leasing with 3rd party partners to resolve customer email inquiries
* Utilizing the Shopify system for inventory management
* Processing supplier and logistics claims
* Assisting with stock management and fulfillment
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
* Following safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
* An A level in English language (with a firm understanding of spelling and grammar)
* Proficiency in stock management procedures
* Experience with Shopify or similar inventory systems
* Experience with Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, or similar platforms
* Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
* Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
