Customer Segmentation & Targeting – Leverage insights to personalise marketing campaigns and improve engagement across the lifecycle. Campaign Optimisation – Analyse and improve the performance of direct and email marketing campaigns to boost conversion and retention. Data Analysis & Reporting – Translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies and business recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, business development, and operations teams to align data strategy with company goals. Marketing Automation – Design and implement automation flows using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Brevo. Compliance & Data Quality – Ensure all marketing practices comply with GDPR and uphold best practices in data integrity. Database Growth – Create and execute strategies to grow and enrich our customer database. Cross-Channel Integration – Collaborate to align database marketing with paid and organic digital campaigns. Customer Retention – Build targeted retention strategies that increase patient loyalty and lifetime value. About You We’re looking for someone who can blend analytical thinking with creativity, someone who enjoys digging into databases, refining segmentation strategies, and crafting personalised campaigns that build loyalty and drive results. You’ll bring hands-on experience in database marketing, CRM, or direct marketing, with a track record of data-driven success.
