Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with company that specialise in the manufacturing industry, and they are looking to recruit a 2x temporary Contracts Administrators to join their team.
Please note this role is to start asap and will be on a temporary on-going basis, also will be based on site at the Head Offices in Belper, so candidate should ideally be immediately available or have a short notice period.
Hours: Mon - Thurs (8:30am-5:00pm) and Friday's (8:30am-3:30pm) - 37 hours per week.
Salary: £12.73 p/h (£24,500)
Location: Belper
What does the Contracts Administrator role involve?
Responsible for processing contract support claims together with handling aspects of contract administration.
Duties will include:
* Check, upload and process contract support claims in Smartsheet, Salesforce and SAP.
* Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure prompt payment/resolution and maintain up to date digital claim filing to meet business requirements.
* Promote the use of the digital portal for claim submissions and highlight potential improvement areas within the department to management
* Assist other members of the Contracts Administration team when required.
* Investigate customer queries/complaints to resolution and build effective relationships with the sales team and customer base.
* Continuous training and development to be in line with business and agreement requirements including GDPR.
* Validate and check the weekly payment run for processed claims.
* Handling inbound and outbound calls and digital methods of communication with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
* Ensuring any possible inconsistencies are escalated where necessary.
* Compliance with all regulations and directives
* Sending weekly remittances to customers
What will you bring to the Contracts Administrator role?
* At least 12 months previous experience in contracts administrative role or similar is highly desirable
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Proven experience in a busy office environment
* Analytical, logical thinking, and excellent numerical skills.
* Ability to work in a flexible department on several tasks.
Advanced IT skills, experience of Salesforce & SAP is preferable.
Knowledge of due diligence and requirements
* Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
