My client is looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join their growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, processing orders, managing returns, and ensuring world-class customer service. You will work both independently and collaboratively to meet performance targets while building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Salesforce and Sage
2. Manage time effectively to ensure high productivity and service quality
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
4. Provide accurate stock and pricing information to customers
5. Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
6. Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives
What We’re Looking For

Package:
Full Time Customer Services and Sales Advisor
1. Full time, 40 hours per week, 08:30-17:00
2. Salary £27,477
3. FTC until 31 December 2025
Part Time Customer Services and Sales Advisor
1. Part time 16 hours per week (either 2 days 8hours/4 days @4hours a day)
