An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative registered nurse to lead the nursing team within our Urology Diagnostic and Treatment Centre (UDTC). The UDTC is based across the Queen Margaret Hospital and the Victoria Hospital and provides investigations and treatments for patients with Urological conditions within an outpatient setting.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate an ability and passion to deliver high standards of safe, effective and person centred care, which focuses on enhancing the patient's experience. Applicants should be proactive and be able to inspire and motivate others and demonstrate an ability to implement and manage change through effective leadership.
Relevant theoretical knowledge and clinical experience is desirable and the ability to demonstrate clinical expertise and continued professional develop essential. You must have good communication and leadership skills, and be able to evidence the ability to manage and develop the performance of a team and work effectively as part of a multi-professional / multi-agency team.
