Advancing People - Recruitment Specialists are recruiting for a Dutch speaking Credit Controller for their client based in Leeds, Yorkshire.
As a Dutch speaking Credit Controller, you will be responsible for working within a busy finance department, managing credit proactively with our client's key customers in the European speaking region.
Main Responsibilities
1. Chase debt by telephone and email.
2. Allocate payments in accordance with customer remittances.
3. Process and generate reminder letters and monthly statements.
4. Work to strict monthly and annual collections targets.
Person Specification
1. Experience working as a Credit Controller / Collections Advisor / Customer Service / Administrator.
2. Fluent in Dutch.
3. Numerical accuracy.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Resilient nature.
6. Good computer skills.
7. Positive 'can do' attitude.
This is a full-time position offering an annual salary of £26,000 - £27,000 + attractive company benefits!
The position is working from home / hybrid - the successful applicant will be required to travel to Leeds 2 times a week.
