Right Contract is looking for a roofing contracts manager based in Basildon, Essex.
We are currently looking for a roofing contracts manager to join our client who is currently expanding their team in Basildon as soon as possible.
This is a temp-perm position with a 3 month probation period; if you pass, you will be taken on directly by the client.
For this position, you will be required to have at least 5 years contracts manager experience and 5 years flat roofing experience. If you do not have these, you will not be considered for the role.
You will be tasked with:
1. Tendering
2. Day to day ordering of materials
3. Ensuring that the teams on site are keeping to the schedule
The salary for this position is £45k-£60k + bonuses depending on your experience.
