Car Sales Manager
- Basic salary based on experience between £30-33,500 per annum.
- Access to a rewarding total annual earning potential of £55,000+ however this is uncapped.
- Personal company car.
- 22 days annual holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays (any bank holidays worked you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it).
- Full manufacturer-approved training.

- Working hours are 5 days per week; Monday to Saturday with every other Wednesday off, and every other weekend off.
We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Manager to join our Client’s busy multi-franchise-approved car dealership in Treforest.
Working for an Automotive used car dealership, the successful Car Sales Manager will be an experienced manager who is well-versed in Car Sales and running a successful Sales Department.
Our Client is offering the successful Car Sales Manager On Target Earnings of £55,000.
Key Responsibilities for this Car Sales Manager role:
- Managing the Car Sales department in its entirety
- Second Facing Customers if required
- Maximising profitability and revenue within the Car Sales Department
- Assisting the Sales Team with reaching and exceeding their targets.
