Overview We are seeking a visionary and experienced Strategy Director to join our team. This pivotal role requires a professional with a deep passion for brand and creative strategy, complemented by extensive experience in digital, connected, and integrated planning. You will shape and guide strategic initiatives for a range of leading brands in the UK. The role requires driving strategic leadership across brand, creative, and digital domains, ensuring that strategies are innovative, forward-thinking, and aligned with client objectives. It involves cultivating a culture of creativity and customer-centricity by integrating brand strategies with digital and connected experiences to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns. Exceptional leadership, influence, and collaboration skills are essential, as the position involves leveraging the latest trends in customer engagement to transform brands. Responsibilities - Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand and creative strategies, integrated with digital planning to enhance customer and business impact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner agencies to co-create groundbreaking strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs. - Engage with creative and media teams early in the process, providing strategic direction to ensure cohesive and groundbreaking creative outputs. - Embed a culture of customer-centricity, fostering continuous innovation through test-and-learn approaches. - Shape overall account strategy, ensuring brand and creative activities are fully integrated into the wider communication strategy, achieving excellence in planning where boundaries blur or new approaches are needed. - Build and nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and partner in strategic decision-making. - Oversee the development of creative strategy, working in tandem with partner agencies to influence and elevate their creative processes and outputs. - Leading on pitches and new business initiatives, working to tight deadlines and ambiguous briefs Qualifications - A visionary thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep passion for creative and integrated strategy. - Strong experience in strategic roles, with expertise in brand, creative, digital, and integrated planning. - Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, driving strategic excellence across diverse initiatives. - Adept at listening and synthesizing insights from a variety of sources to inform strategic direction. - Resilient and composed when navigating complex client demands and high-pressure situations. - A collaborative and pragmatic connector of people and ideas, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.
