Commercial Road Limited is a fast growing Business Broker offering a confidential and bespoke service to entrepreneurs who wish to exit their companies, by helping them market their business, find prospective buyers, negotiate a price and help facilitate the eventual completion.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and sales support
- Outbound/Inbound B2B telephone experience providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
- Assist in the coordination of sales meetings and events
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English, both strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally
- Proficient in time management to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic math skills for processing orders, calculating discounts, and handling payments
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 OTE
