Job summary Department: Plastic Surgery 37.5 Hours per week Full Time - This role is to work from Monday to Friday on site, within the core hours of 08.00 - 17.00 (7.5 hours per day). The collaborative of Head & Neck, Orthopaedic and ReconstructiveServices, is looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader who is looking for a challenge, with the potential to develop skills and knowledge and will support the collaborative in obtaining its goals of working through the recovery plan, created by the COVID pandemic and providing a high quality service to its patients. Main duties of the job The post holder will be required to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and supervisory skills and be able to work as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team taking a lead role in providing a comprehensive, effective and professional secretarial and administration support to the service. They will be responsible for ensuring the team deliver an effective and efficient service to Plastic Surgery. The post holder will deputise for the Admin Manager in their absence and undertake aspects of a line management role for junior admin support.
