Join a highly successful team and be the lead to the account managers whom you will be strategically supporting and managing. The role is a permanent opportunity, with offices based in Folkestone, Kent. This position is hybrid, requiring either 2/3 days in the office. The role - As Associate Account Director, you will be a true strategist, a brand ambassador, and an effective project manager. You will lead, develop and understand digital strategies for multiple clients, and ensure they are delivered to an exceptional standard by working effectively with all teams in the department. You will also communicate Search (SEO/PPC/Content) related material to a high level. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients' accounts across multiple industries and have a responsibility for a team of Strategic Account Managers. The Associate Account Director will be required to do the following: Translate clients' business goals into a clear strategy using the company model which considers our holistic approach as well as identifies KPIs to measure success. Oversee external KPI targets and ensure they are met monthly, being accountable for performance. Oversee external KPI targets of your Strategic Account Managers, ensure they are met monthly, being accountable for performance. Collect and analyse metrics to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams. Ensure that the strategy is correct and that the tactics deployed by the Pod teams are moving the needle. Client communication from team recommendations to requests from the clients themselves, ensuring they meet best practices and align with their digital strategy and goals. Create strategic digital roadmaps to achieve buy-in with any or all client contacts needed. Delivering Business Reviews that consider opportunities for cross-channel collaboration. Meet with clients in person and build relationships with Senior stakeholders. Support client strategy development for clients your Senior Account Managers are responsible for. The successful Associate Account Director should ideally be able to demonstrate the following: Google Analytics & Google Ads certified. Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, AWR and Google Search Console. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proven organisational skills, allowing you to plan and present detailed proposals and deliver campaigns on time and within budget. Proven track record managing client requirements. This includes both planning and managing multi-disciplinary campaigns, and also ad-hoc work. A team player, happy to collaborate with the rest of the team to create multi-discipline campaigns. Can support the creation of sales collateral as required & attend relevant pitch meetings The Associate Account Director will be rewarded with a salary of £40-43,000 depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
