The Role As a CNC Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the night shift production team, ensuring the efficient operation of CNC machinery and maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervising and leading a team of CNC operators and machinists. Overseeing the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines. Ensuring production targets and deadlines are met efficiently. Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Troubleshooting machine issues and implementing corrective actions. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment in line with health and safety regulations. Training and mentoring team members to improve performance and skills. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a CNC Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior CNC Operator. Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operations, ideally within a wood manufacturing environment. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced production setting.
