Key Responsibilities: Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure high standards of hygiene. Change bed linens and make beds. Laundry Duties: Wash, dry, fold, and iron linens and clothing. Ensure all laundry is handled efficiently and returned to the appropriate locations. Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization in waste disposal areas. Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to the supervisor. Ensure all equipment is used and stored correctly. Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or accidents to the appropriate personnel immediately. Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and staff. Respond to client requests promptly and efficiently. Qualifications and Skills: Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable and trustworthy.
