Main responsibilities of a Qualified Teacher
1. Preparing and teaching fun and engaging lessons.
2. Marking and correcting workbooks and mistakes.
3. Testing student knowledge through mock tests and other methods.
4. Monitoring the health and wellbeing of students.
5. Participating in staff meetings and collaborating with parents when necessary.
6. Maintaining good communication with the DSL lead to ensure vigilance in safeguarding.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence in managing a max capacity class, patience, passion, and the ability to facilitate students' needs as they arise.

All pay rates quoted will include statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent placement later.
