As a People Analytics Officer, you will be responsible for:
1. Generating and validating regular reports to assist in workforce planning and performance management.
2. Maintaining and enhancing HR systems, ensuring high data quality and compliance with national standards.
3. Extracting and analysing data for regular and ad-hoc reports, ensuring they meet the needs of various stakeholders within the Trust.
4. Supporting data cleansing, validating reports, and contributing to continuous improvements in data quality.
5. Collaborating with various teams to provide advisory services, resolve data issues, and offer training on HR systems.
Strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital to your success in this role, as well as attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Generating reports from the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and other systems.
2. Assisting with statistical returns and ensuring compliance with national data quality standards.
3. Supporting the People Analytics Specialist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR information.
4. Offering advice to users on system queries.
5. Providing training on HR system usage, contributing to process improvements, and supporting projects aimed at enhancing our data processes.
6. Cross-covering other functions within the People Digital & Analytics team and supporting ongoing projects.
