Are you looking for a new FM opportunity, this is maintenance company who are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor-Electrical biased to be based near to few Mobile Sites in Birmingham.Will have higher responsibilities than engineer kind of a supervisor role.This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team.\n\nBenefits include:\n\nCompetitive salary up to £42000 per annum\nVan and Fuel card available\nProgression and ongoing Training\n25 days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays\nVery rare to call out but if needed £150 standby \nPension\nCompany benefitsResponsibilities will include:\n\nCarry out all PPM's and reactive works on site\nEnsure all work is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices\nEnsure the responsible sites are fully compliant and follow industry best practices.\nDaily monitoring and responsibility of all main plant and equipment within buildings\nEstablish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients\nMaintain the professional image always, and promote services.\nEnsure all subcontractors are appropriately supervised, and comply with contractual commitments, and site operating processes.\nEnsure you manage the site logbook system and all paperwork is kept up to date\nTo oversee the management of the on-site CAFM and Concept systems and ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed within SLA.\nReceiving client issues and resolving these issues effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships.\nBe prepared for inclusion on a call out rota for out of hour's emergency response.Applicants for the role must possess the following:\n\nFully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent\n18th edition and electrical installations and F-gas\nExperience working within occupied offices\nDriving LicenceRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
