Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a first-class service experience for all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
2. Manage service bookings, including advising customers on the best service options for their luxury vehicles.
3. Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, keeping them updated on the progress of their vehicles.
4. Work closely with technicians and other departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of all services and repairs.
5. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
6. Promote the brand's values of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction at all times.
7. Maintain accurate service records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Identify opportunities for additional services, upselling where appropriate, without compromising customer satisfaction.
9. Ensure a clean, welcoming environment for customers when they visit.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within the luxury or premium automotive sector.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
3. Strong knowledge of automotive servicing, maintenance, and repair procedures.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-paced, customer-facing environment.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality of service.
6. A professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the high standards of the luxury brand.
7. Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and other service tools is an advantage.
8. A passion for luxury cars and the automotive industry.
Hours: Mon-Fri (Apply online only) or (Apply online only) with Saturdays on a 1 in 6 rota (9-1230)
