Position: Site Engineer Location: North West England Contract Length: 12 months (Ongoing) Working Hours: Night Shifts (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM) Are you a skilled Site Engineer with a strong background in highways construction? Do you thrive on ensuring quality and precision in your work? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team on a variety of highways schemes across the North West of England. Key Responsibilities: ·Setting Out Duties: Precise setting out of works to ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings. ·Quality Assurance: Monitoring and maintaining high standards of workmanship and adherence to quality standards. ·Collaborate with the project management team to deliver projects on time and within budget. ·Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and as-built information. ·Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. Requirements: ·Proven experience working on highways projects is essential. ·SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is a must. ·Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures. ·Proficiency in modern setting out equipment, such as total stations and GPS. ·Ability to work effectively during night shifts and under minimal supervision. ·Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
