Job Opportunity: Trade Administrator
We are working with one of the UK's leading luxury garden furniture and outdoor living brands. They have innovated in the world of garden furniture and are committed to delivering style, quality, and comfort. As one of the UK's largest and fastest-growing brands, they are expanding their team to support their exciting plans.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Trade Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to inbound phone calls to the Trade Office.
* Support the National Accounts Manager with order imports and daily management.
* Assist the Ecommerce Accounts Manager with responding to tickets and daily processes.
* Help the Customer Services Manager resolve aftersales issues.
* Support Trade Account Managers with general requests and cover during their holidays.
Candidate Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
* Experience with customer online channels or Orderwise is preferred.
* Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent work ethic, accuracy, and communication skills.
* Logical, systematic, and able to handle interactions calmly.
* Ability to follow instructions carefully from management.
Additional Details:
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. Additional hours may be required during peak seasons depending on workload.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: From £26,000 to £30,000 per year
