️ Join Our Hire Fleet Team at 4th Dimension ️ Hire Fleet Administrator | Egham, Surrey | £24,000 to £25,500 | Full-Time Are you an organised and proactive administrator ready to jump into a fast-paced environment in the motorcycle industry? 4th Dimension is looking for a Hire Fleet Administrator to support our busy Logistics and Drivers teams in Egham. You'll be a vital part of the operation, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth coordination, and timely communication across departments and with our customers. Main Duties: Print and issue daily delivery and collection instructions (50–100/day) using internal systems like Proclaim. Communicate with third-party agents and use Proclaim to determine bike readiness. Respond to emails, including: Customer or agent collection requests Generating invoices Liaising with Farnham Honda for bike logistics Set up return tasks for repaired bikes. Maintain the logistics diary with: Daily driver routes Team holidays and availability Provide ongoing administrative support to the Hire Fleet, Logistics, and Drivers teams. Key Skills & Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Confident phone manner and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders. Experience using databases (Proclaim experience is a plus). Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment. Passionate about supporting a team and providing excellent service.
