Salary: £120 - £170 Per Day (Based on Experience)
Are you an experienced and passionate educator with a proven track record in delivering targeted interventions? We are seeking a dedicated Primary Intervention Teacher to work with primary school students in the Grantham area, supporting their learning journey and achieving meaningful progress.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Targeted Interventions: Provide focused support to students in need of additional help, tailoring sessions to meet individual learning needs.
* Assess and Plan: Evaluate students' progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly to maximise outcomes.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with classroom teachers and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to learning.
* Monitor Progress: Keep accurate records of intervention sessions and report on student development.
Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment practices.
* Proven success in delivering targeted interventions.
Skills and Attributes:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, staff, and parents effectively.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
You will work in a primary school setting in the Grantham area, delivering intervention sessions full-time on a contract basis. This role requires a commitment to fostering student growth and supporting the broader school team.
