A chartered surveying practice in the heart of Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team of five.
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Senior Building Surveyor looking to work on a variety of exciting projects while benefiting from additional training and progression opportunities, including APC support for those not yet chartered.
The Senior Building Surveyor's Role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects across the private, commercial, and public sectors. This includes high-profile schemes such as projects within London's iconic theatres.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering professional services such as due diligence, building surveys, defect diagnosis, and fire risk assessments.
Managing client relationships and providing expert guidance.
Undertaking project duties, including contract administration.
The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor Will Have
MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential).
RICS-accredited degree (essential).
A construction-focused background.
Commercially minded with the ability to deliver high-quality work.
Proven experience within similar sectors and a "hit-the-ground-running" attitude.
