Conduct clinical assessments and deliver brief psychological interventions for issues such as stress, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and anger. Develop and implement therapeutic plans, ensuring care is evidence-based and tailored to individual needs. Provide consultations, supervision, and shadowing opportunities to Assistant Psychologists and Placement Students. Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and research projects to enhance the effectiveness of the Colleague Support Service. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including mental health services, housing, chaplaincy, and other professionals. Maintain accurate electronic records and adhere to Trust policies, including data protection and confidentiality.
