You’ll be managing an extensive range of CCTV and security solutions from the company’s in-house electronic security brand. Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Product Engineer, you will:
1. Work with various technologies including IP, Analogue, Software, Apps, and Mechanical systems
2. Conduct comprehensive product evaluation and testing
3. Assess product performance against specifications and requirements
4. Ensure product conformance and compatibility with third-party systems
5. Identify product issues, propose solutions, and collaborate on resolution efforts
6. Provide actionable feedback for product improvement in collaboration with developers and the in-house product team
7. Create and maintain technical documentation and media resources to assist customers
8. Track, log, and document product activities, changes, and version updates
9. Collaborate with the product team to ensure awareness of product features and functionalities
10. Engage with other departments to gather feedback and understand new requirements or feature requests
