Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HGV Mechanic at BARRY IVES (HAULAGE) LIMITED located on-site in Sible Hedingham.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
* Perform routine maintenance and servicing of both the company and customer fleets
* Conduct diagnostic assessments and troubleshoot vehicle issues
* Prepare vehicles for MOT tests, ensuring compliance with legal standards
* Carry out running repairs to ensure the fleet remains operational
Additional Duties
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes
* Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
* Perform other workshop-related tasks as directed
Qualifications
* Previous Experience as HGV Mechanic
