Governance and Team Working Provide administrative, co-ordination and secretarial support to all board-level committees. Attend all committees and take accurate minutes Liaise with those preparing papers to make sure they are available on time and distribute the agenda and papers Follow up any agreed action points with those responsible and inform the chair of progress. Undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities, as the organisation may reasonably require from time to time. Maintain copies of current terms of reference and membership of any committees and any nominated trustee e.g. safeguarding. Maintain a record of all relevant documents, including minutes, record of interest, etc. Maintain a trustee meeting attendance record Make an effective and supportive contribution to the team through: o Creating, developing, and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues in own department, across site and externally o Being curious and showing initiative in terms of new ways of working and systems. Undertake such other administrative duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time, including cover for EAs Professionalism Take action and raise concerns.
