You’ll plan and deliver appropriate induction programs to include corporate onboarding, landside familiarization, security permit training and ADP training permit in line with departmental demand ensuring colleagues are inducted. You’ll also assist with the planning of colleagues conducting Driver PSV courses and theory learning should individual needs require to do so. What will make you successful in the role? We’re looking for someone who is experienced in delivering a variety or training and development programmes ranging from technical driving reviews to soft skills, and ideally you’ll have a Level 3 Training qualification. You’ll also have experience driving buses and carrying out practical elements of driver training, along with experience of landside and/or airside bus driving requirements and regulations.
