The Role:
* Advising employers and employees on a range of employment law matters, including TUPE, redundancies, and employment tribunals.
* Handling corporate support work, including due diligence and contract negotiations.
* Business development, networking, and contributing to legal updates.
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years’ PQE in employment law (contentious & non-contentious).
* Experience in corporate support work is a plus.
* Strong academics (2:1 degree minimum).
* Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
