As a Finance FP&A Graduate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. What you’ll do
* Financial Planning and Forecasting:
o Assist in the preparation of annual budget and monthly forecasts.
o Support the development and maintenance of financial models.
o Contribute to variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance.
* Financial Analysis and Reporting:
o Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
o Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
o Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management.
* Data Management and Analysis:
o Collect, validate, and analyse financial data from various sources.
o Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
o Use financial systems and tools to generate reports and insights.
* Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities to improve existing financial processes and procedures.
o Assist in the implementation of process improvements.
* General Support:
o Provide support to the FP&A team on various projects and initiatives.
o Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes.
What experience you need
* A predicted or achieved 2:1 or above in a Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related degree.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong numerical and data analysis skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
* A strong desire to learn and develop within a finance environment.
What could set you apart
* Experience with financial planning and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
* Knowledge of accounting principles.
