Job Title: Social Worker – Mental Health
Location: Blackpool
Rate : £25 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at the Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. They are looking for a new member for their Mental Health Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will complete assessments independently and support young people. You will work to the thresholds set by the organization and are experienced in completing care and hospital discharge plans. You will also need to have experience working with risk and adapting to changing risk plans. You need to be able to work within existing systems and complete discharge planning effectively.

Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, you must hold a Social Work England registration and are eligible to work in the UK. You need to possess a full UK driving licence and have post-qualified experience. Additionally, you need to have a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
