We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic physiotherapist to work within our integrated Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy paediatric service.
As the successful post holder, you will carry a caseload of children and young people with neurological, neuromuscular and developmental syndromes and conditions. This work will be carried out in a variety of settings including out-patient clinics and community settings such as nurseries, mainstream schools, complex needs schools and within the child’s home environment.

One of the primary duties of this role is to hold the clinical responsibility for a defined caseload of complex and non-complex children and young people, organising this efficiently with regard to clinical priorities and use of time, while being flexible to assist other colleagues and health care professionals as appropriate. You will have support from band 7 colleagues, both Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.
This includes the analysis of information gained from the assessment to formulate objectives and treatment plan in agreement with the child/carers where appropriate.
