As a Guest Services Night Assistant, you will oversee night shift guest service operations, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities include supervising the front desk, coordinating with departments, ensuring safety, managing reservations, and providing local knowledge to enhance guest stays.
AN EVENING IN THE LIFE OF GUEST SERVICES NIGHT ASSISTANT AT THE HOLIDAY INN BLACKPOOL
What you'll be doing...
* Greeting late-arriving guests and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
* Handling night audits and end-of-day reports.
* Responding to guest requests during the night.
* Maintaining a tidy and welcoming lobby and public areas.
* Monitoring safety and security through regular checks.
* Coordinating with the morning team for a seamless shift handover.

* Comfortable working late hours and being a natural night owl.
* Friendly, welcoming, and service-oriented, even at 3 a.m.
