Our Client makes a positive impact with Children with complex needs. The Head Office is based on the outskirts of Kirkby Lonsdale are recruiting for a HR Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.
Ideally you will have some previous experience of working in a HR environment or a desire to work with HR, After 6 months probation, there is an option of working this role on a hybrid structure.
What You'll Do:
Support Children's Homes, Schools, and Clinical Teams with onboarding and HR admin.
Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR queries.
Ensure safer recruitment practices to safeguard .
